Company.
RocSite, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation, established 2022. State of Delaware filing on record with the Delaware Division of Corporations. The founder has been operating businesses since 2018; RocSite was established when the clinical AI validation work became the focus.
Intellectual property.
RocSite, Inc. has filed eight non-provisional U.S. patent applications covering its core methodology, including the adversarial validation approach used in AI Governor and the cryptographic attestation pipeline. No granted patents are claimed. "Patent-pending" status is asserted only with respect to filed applications.

The pre-registered sepsis falsification study (preprint, OSF pre-registration, and analysis code) is released under the licenses indicated on each artifact:

Regulatory disclaimers.
ICH Triage is in pre-market development. It is not approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for clinical use. Demonstrations and pilot evaluations use synthetic data and are conducted under written agreement.
AI Governor is a validation methodology. It is not a medical device and does not require FDA clearance. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, peer review, or any other regulatory obligation that already attaches to clinical AI.
