Terms of Use.

Plain-English terms governing use of the rocsite.com informational website. Product-specific terms (ICH Triage, AI Governor) are negotiated under separate written agreement.

Effective May 9, 2026.

1. Scope.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rocsite.com website (the "Site"), operated by RocSite, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("RocSite," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the informational website only. They do not govern use of any RocSite product or service. Engagements involving ICH Triage, AI Governor, or any other RocSite offering are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Permitted use.

You may access the Site for lawful informational, evaluation, and reference purposes. You may not (i) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site, (ii) scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site for republication, (iii) misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or (iv) use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.

3. Intellectual property.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RocSite, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. The pre-registered sepsis falsification study and related code are released under the licenses indicated on the corresponding artifacts (medRxiv, OSF, GitHub).

RocSite, Inc. has filed eight non-provisional U.S. patent applications covering its core methodology. No granted patents are claimed. "Patent-pending" status is asserted only with respect to those filed applications.

4. No professional advice.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Information about ICH Triage, AI Governor, FDA Pre-Submission status, or research findings is provided for general informational purposes. Clinical, regulatory, and procurement decisions must be made on the basis of qualified professional advice and the documentation provided under written agreement.

5. Forward-looking statements.

The Site contains forward-looking statements about products in development, regulatory pathways, and pilot programs. These reflect current expectations and are subject to change. RocSite makes no commitment to update them.

6. Disclaimers.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RocSite does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RocSite, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes.

RocSite may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
